Abstract

Jméno: Iveta Höhnová Návrh informačního systému registrace osob.

Cílem práce je navrhnout část informačního systému pro oddělení bezpečnosti Letiště Ostrava, a.s., umožňující zjednodušení a zefektivnění funkcí spojených s evidencí dat o osobách vstupujících do neveřejných nebo SRA (Security Restricted Area) prostorů letiště.

První kapitola je zaměřena na shrnutí základních teoretických poznatků z oblasti návrhu informačních systémů a databází. Je zde rozebrána problematika postupu projektování informačních systémů. Dále pak teorie týkající se funkčního modelování a v neposlední řadě také tříúrovňová koncepce datového modelování prof. Kaluži.

Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou současného stavu řešené problematiky ve firmě, pro kterou je aplikace vytvářena.

Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na praktickou část mé práce. Je zde navržen diagram funkční hierarchické struktury a diagramy datových toků. Dále jsou zde zobrazeny návrhy jednotlivých formulářů, sestav a chybových hlášení. Kapitola rovněž obsahuje, tzv. IPO diagramy a návrh projektového řízení.

Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje přínosy aplikace.

Name: Iveta Höhnová Design of an Information System for the Persons’ Registration

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to design a part of the information system for Security Department of Letiště Ostrava, a.s., allowing simplification and improved efficiency of functions related to data evidence containing information about persons entering public or SRA (Security Restricted Area) areas of the airport.

First chapter is focused on the overview of basic theoretical knowledge from information system design and databases area. The problematics of information system design approach is discussed here. Lastly, theory of functional modeling and Prof. Kaluza’s three-level conception of data modeling is discussed.

Second chapter deals with analysis of current state of the problematics used in the company, for which the new application is created for.

Third chapter is aimed at the practical part of my Diploma thesis. Design (fully working) of the hierarchical structure and data flow diagrams is published there along with design of forms, sets and error calls. The chapter also contains so called IPO diagrams and design of project management.

The last, fourth chapter, descibes application benefits.
