Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of remuneration of employees in the company. It explains the theoretical nature of employee motivation and remuneration system. We have performed an analysis of the existing remuneration system, supported by questionnaire research of employees in the company. Based on our assessment of the survey, we have proposed innovative changes to the remuneration system.
