Analýza a zlepšování jakosti s využitím nástrojů managementu jakosti

Abstract

The target of this thesis was the scrap analysis of components manufactured in CIREX CZcompany. There was performed Multiobjective Pareto analysis, which detected vital minority of the most refuse components in the analytical part of this thesis. Hereafter, the scrap rate analysis on the of components group selected was made. Comparing of these analysis the most critical components was chosen for next analysis to determine the root defect and the differences source. The corrective measure was proposed for elimination of differences source. The immediate measure is the new procedure for wax models storage and the communication with customers about the tolerance extension. The important measure the company made was the overhaul of wax injection press. The proposal for the future is the scrap calculation according to specified items of production and the specialized team expansion of an expert.
