Hodnocení výkonnosti firmy

Abstract

Pokud podnik nezná svou finanční situaci, nebude v tomto dynamickém podnikatelském prostředí prosperovat. Znakem dobře prosperujícího podniku je jeho uspokojivé finanční zdraví. Jednou z metod posouzení finančního zdraví podniku je finanční analýza. Cílem této bakalářské práce je využití metod finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finančního zdraví firmy EMOS trading a.s. za období 2003 – 2007. V práci je využita Horizontální analýza, Vertikální analýza, Poměrová analýza a Analýza soustav ukazatelů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze čtyř hlavních částí. V první části je charakteristika firmy EMOS trading a.s. Druhá část se zabývá teoretickými východisky- které vysvětlí přístupy a metody finanční analýzy. Třetí část obsahuje aplikaci ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V této části je posouzeno finanční zdraví firmy. V poslední části práce jsou podniku navržena opatření, jak svou situaci vylepšit.

If a copany doesn´t know its financial situation, it will not prosper in this dynamic corporate environment.A sign of a good prosperous copany is its favourable financial health. One of the methods how to assess the financial health is the financial analysis. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to use the methods of financial analysis and assess the financial health of a copany EMOS trading a.s., in the period from 2003 to 2007. In the thesis is used Horizontal analysis, Vertical analysis, Ratio analysis and System of indices analysis. Bachelor thesis consist of the four main parts. In the first part is characteristic of a company EMOS trading a.s. The second part is dealt whith theory, which explain approaches and methods of the financial analysis. The third part contains aplication of the financial analysis ratios. In this part is assesed the financial health of the firm. In the last part of the thesis are suggested precautions, how to improve its situation.
