Havárie při přípravě hnojiv – kritická revize havarijních scénářů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the issues of accidents while handling fertilizers. The hazardous properties of fertilizers are characterized here and the text disseminates the established security measures during its production, storage and transport. There are also described the preventive measures for objects with hazardous chemicals, procedures for dealing with such emergencies, programs and methods that are used to support the management of emergencies and modeling of the courses of accidents. In the thesis are also described and evaluated selected disasters in fertilizer preparation which is mainly targeted on the disaster in Toulouse and presented recommendations for these operations as well as for the integrated rescue system.
