Abstract
This work, called „Analysis of Employment Fluctuation in a Company and Proposals for Solutions” deals with employee fluctuation, as a phenomenon, which could be a significant burden for a company. The aim of this work is to identify the causes of employee fluctuation in specific companies and to work up proposals for solutions based on the facts. For this purpose, the work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with findings from employment management, which is related to employee fluctuation and not only describe the mutual relationships but also the causes of fluctuation and the theoretical possibilities for solutions. The second part of the work analyzes the situation, which is related to employee fluctuation in the selected company, OBAL, s.r.o. These findings are then a foundation for formulating recommendations as to how the company could proceed in the aim to decrease the level of fluctuation and how it could motivate its employees to long-term work relationships.
