Analýza vývoje rozpočtu FBI ve vztahu k rozpočtu VŠB-TU Ostrava v letech 2007-2011

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem rozpočtu Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství ve vztahu k rozpočtu VŠB-TU Ostrava v letech 2007-2011. Součástí práce je teoretická část, která obsahuje rozbor/analýzu legislativy a Metodiky hodnocení výsledků výzkumných organizací a hodnocení výsledků ukončených programů, definice a pojmy spjaté s daným tématem. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze rozpočtu VŠB-TU Ostrava a Fakulty bezpečnostního inženýrství s ohledem na rozdělení neinvestičních prostředků určených pro výuku, vědu a výzkum. Tento rozbor je detailně proveden na Fakultě bezpečnostního inženýrství. V závěrečné části práce je uvedena charakteristika vývoje financování výuky, vědy a výzkumu.

The thesis deals with the development of the budget of the Faculty of Safety Engineering in relation to the budget of the VSB – Technical university of Ostrava during 2007-2011. In the thesis there is included a theoretical part, which contains analysis/study of legislation and of Methodology of evaluation of results of research organizations and evaluation of results of completed programmes; definitions and concepts related to the topic. Practical part of this thesis is devoted to the analysis of the budgets of the SB – Technical University of Ostrava and the Faculty of Safety Engineering with regard to the distribution of non-investment funds intended for education, science and research. This analysis is carried out in detail in the Faculty of Safety Engineering. In the last part of the thesis there is a description of the characteristics of development of education, science and research financing.
