Organizace a řízení folklorního festivalu

Abstract

Cílem mé práce je analýza činností potřebných k organizaci folklorního festivalu. Předmětem výzkum je zjistit z názoru široké veřejnosti, zda má folklorní festival v současné konkurenci jiných aktivit své místo, za jakých podmínek se nově vzniklé festivaly bez tradice mohou setkat s úspěchem. Šetření okrajově zkoumá aktuální postoj laické veřejnosti k folkloru. Práce je strukturovaná do sedmi kapitol, z nichž první tvoří Úvod a poslední Závěr. V teoretické části objasňuji základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se lidových tanců, organizace a řízení folklorního festivalu. Ve třetí kapitole uvádím metody a techniky výzkumného šetření. V práci je využita technika dotazníku. V praktické části se věnuji popisu jednotlivých činností potřebných při organizování a řízení festivalu. Kapitola pět shrnuje výsledky šetření. V kapitole šest je hodnocen folklorní festival a dány návrhy a doporučení na jeho zlepšení.

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to analyze activities needed for an organization of a folk festival. The objective of the research is to determine a general public´s opinion if there is enough place for the folk festival in the current competition of other activities, and under what conditions the newly founded festivals without tradition can succeed. The survey also examines the contemporary attitude of lay public to folklore. The thesis is structured in seven chapters, when the first chapter is Introduction and the final one Conclusion. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and context related to folk dances, organization and management of the folk festival. The third chapter introduces methods and techniques of an investigative research. The technique of a questionnaire was used in this thesis. The practical part describes particular activities needed for the organization and management of the festival. The chapter five summarizes results of the investigation. The chapter six evaluates the folk festival and gives suggestions and recommendations for its improvement.
