Abstract
This work deals with ECG signal analysis and methods of its processing. The whole work is conceived as a laboratory task. Describes ECG signal acquisition and detailed description of individual complexes. It also compares different approaches to both filtration and QRS detection. The practical part consists of the creation of a noise generator, the design of filtration methods and methods of QRS complex detection. The filtration methods used include a moving average filter, Savitsky-Golay filter and a median filter. All filtration methods work on a moving window principle. The efficiency of the filters is evaluated in terms of both window size and noise level. The next part deals with the detection of QRS complex. The signal amplitude thresholding method, which is based on global and local peak maximum, was used to detect the QRS complex. The last part of the thesis deals with the results of filtration and detection of QRS complex.
