Abstract

This master´s thesis on the theme "Role and importance of volunteering in Siemens Czech Republic Company" is focused on the analysis of corporate volunteering in Siemens Czech Republic Company. The aim of the master´s thesis is based on the analysis to evaluate the collected information and recommend some proposals to improve corporate volunteering in the organization. The master thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first deals with the theoretical description of the corporate volunteering. The second part describes the organization. The third part, practical, is focused on the characteristics of the existing system of corporate volunteering in Siemens Czech Republic Copmapny. The last chapter is dedicated to proposals and recommendations that emerged from the analysis of the practical part.
