Abstract

The topic of the diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an administrative building with four above-ground buildings with underground garages and a vegetated utility roof. The documentation is prepared at the stage of construction and is divided into a technical report and a drawing part. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal and acoustic assessment of the structures, a static calculation of one selected structural element and the preparation of the energy label of the building envelope.
