Genderová diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovou diskriminací, tedy znevýhodněním osoby na základě pohlaví. Na začátku práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s tímto tématem. Pomocí statistických údajů je dále posouzen vývoj mzdových a dalších rozdílů mezi muži a ženami na trhu práce v České republice. Teoretická i empirická rovina a deskriptivní analýza je doplněna o odpovědi respondentů vlastního sběru dat. Otázky v dotazníkovém šetření se zaměřují na zkušenosti a názory dotazujících v oblasti genderové diskriminace.

Bachelor work deals with the gender discrimination, therefore the person is disadvantaged due to its sex. At the beginning of my work are explained concepts which are linked with this topic. Further is examined progress of wages and other differences between men and women on the Czech Republic's labour market. Theoretical and empirical plane and also descriptive analysis is supplemented by the answers of the respondents via my own data collection. The questions in the survey are focused on experience and ideas of the respondents in the area of gender discrimination.
