Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on bankruptcy and its issues from two perspectives, economic and legal. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of this issue from both of these perspectives. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is a bankruptcy characterized and possible economic causes and consequences of bankruptcy are presented. Further, individual bankruptcy offenses are described using the method of description. Last but not least, some of the many economic methods that can be used to identify bankruptcy are presented, and the ways how to prevent a bankruptcy are introduced. In the practical part of the thesis, these bankruptcy offenses are analyzed. In conclusion, there are analysis results summarized and evaluated from both points of view economic and legal.
