Využití metod plánování jakosti v inovačních procesech

Abstract

This Diploma thesis deals with the use of quality planning methods in innovation processes. The aim of the thesis is to provide to all interested parties information that processes of innovation are closely linked to processes of quality planning. The first part is focused on theoretical introduction to innovation and innovation processes issues and selected methods to support these processes. At the end of this part is proposal the universal procedure of innovation process. The second part deals with the comparison of innovation processes with processes of quality planning, proposal for the use of quality planning methods in the implementation of innovation processes and proposal for the use of methods to support innovation processes in the quality planning. In this part also are performed two evaluation of suitability for the use of all methods in the implementation of innovation process.
