Abstract

For the sake of finding a way to describe business processes in the form understandable to employees, storyboard method was invented. These employees, who are professionals in their field, are usually not connive with the area of process modeling or formal descriptions. Storyboard diagrams are therefore a kind of common language among analysts and the employees. The method is based on displaying certain procedures with help of visual instruments such as photos or/and images. These visuals altogether create a story. Using this form we can make these procedures understandable to everyone in a very short time period. Making an internal communications both easier and more understandable is the main added value of this method. On the storyboard diagrams method is also translated them into text form of business use cases.
