Analýza kořenových příčin pro vyšetřování pracovních úrazů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of occupational accidents and other occupational incidents, primarily on the search and determination of their causes. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose an internal procedure for the investigation of occupational accidents and other incidents using root cause analysis for a specific production company and to apply this analysis to determine the root causes of selected incidents. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the requirements of legal regulations regarding occupational accidents and methods of their investigation. The practical part deals with the introduction of the production company, designing a method for investigating incidents and applying it to selected incidents. Subsequently, the outputs of the proposed method for individual incidents are presented and discussed in the broader context of ensuring occupational health and safety.
