Analýza a hodnocení pracovních rizik dopravních policistů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se obecně i prakticky zabývá posuzováním pracovních rizik. Posouzení rizik jako rámec vyhledání zdrojů rizik, analýzy a hodnocení rizik je vysvětleno z hlediska procesu, zákonných a jiných požadavků, principů, postupů a metod. V praktické části práce je řešena analýza a hodnocení pracovních rizik dopravních policistů zejména při šetření dopravních nehod. Celá tato policejní činnost je rozdělena na dílčí úseky a je charakterizována z hlediska BOZP. Pomocí vhodně zvolených metod jsou identifikována nebezpečí a analyzována rizika při administrativě, transportu policistů, ohledávání a dokumentaci míst a stop dopravních nehod. U těch rizik, která na základě vyhodnocení vyžadují řešení k jejich odstranění či snížení, jsou navržena vhodná bezpečnostní opatření.

The submitted thesis deals with occupational hazards seen both from the general and the practical perspectives. The assessment of hazards as a framework of the search for sources of hazards, as well as their analysis and evaluation, is explained from the perspective of process, legislative and other requirements, principles, procedures and methods. The practical part of the thesis looks into the analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards among traffic police officers, in particular when investigating traffic accidents. The entire police operation is divided into sections and is characterized from the occupational health and safety perspective. By means of appropriately chosen methods it is possible to identify dangers and to analyse the hazards within the traffic administration, the transportation of police officers, during the examination and documentation of the scene, and when tracking traffic accidents. In case of hazards which, based on their evaluation, require solutions leading to their elimination or reduction, appropriate safety precautions are suggested.
