Konkurenční schopnost pojišťovny na pojistném trhu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate competitive position of the insurance company Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group with regard to its four largest competitors on the insurance market. The theoretical part contains general information about insurance market, basic terms related to insurance industry and describes the grounding insurance with a focus on property insurance. The practical part is aimed on the individual evaluation of each insurance company based on the selected parameters. The main parameters are considered as subject of insurance, non-liability, different types of the insurance based on the different insurable risks, supplementary insurance, assistance services and discount on insurance. Finally was processed evaluation of online insurance offers which were created on the internet sites and also subjective evaluation of each insurance company based on the client´s comfort.
