Abstract

This paper elaborates on compendium of redevelopment activity expenses since the privatisation (or let us say since the beginning of duty to generate financial funds) till this day. There are also an austerity measures proposed. First section outlines the redevelopment process history. Afterwards, the basic redevelopment means and phases are introduced, including the list of corporations engaged with this process in SHR. In the next section, the presentive project from Vršany locality called „6th phase – inner dumping hopper“ is analyzed. Herein I‘ve suggested a prospective financial savings. The final section shows the redevelopment expense progression from 1993 till 2008 based on illustrative example. Moreover, the resulting overview with the progression forecast including the cost factors is presented.
