Studie využití sociálních sítí v kontextu terorismu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the current phenomenon of misuse of digital space for spreading terrorist ideologies and promoting violence. It focuses on the communication strategies used by terrorist groups and individuals on social media and traces the language and content patterns of their manifestations. The theoretical part is based on a search of Czech and foreign literature in the field of terrorism, cybersecurity and media communication. The research part is based on the analysis of authentic manifestos and thematic datasets, which are evaluated according to defined criteria. The aim of the work is to capture the distinctive features of terrorist discourse across the ideological spectrum and to offer a comparative view of their linguistic and thematic construction. The final section focuses on current approaches to online content moderation and measures to limit the spread of radicalization in the digital environment.
