Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti ACE, s.r.o.

Abstract

The goal of this thesis lies in evaluating the performance of logistics company ACE Ltd. in years 2008 to 2012 by using selected economic indicators based on the company provided financial statements and internal information. The company is named here anonymously because of the confidentiality wishes of its owners. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definitions and methods used to measure business performance. The second part deals with the performance of the company and the application of financial analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models and pyramid decomposition, which should assess the financial stability of the company and determine which items it most significantly, either positively or negatively affect them. The third part is going to sum up an evaluation of the second part of the obtained results and the final part is going to develope measures to increase the current level of performance of the company. To improve the performance of the company have been proposed suggestions as to maintain the value immediate liquidity at an optimal value, increase productivity fixed asset, improvements of the information system, salary or bonus based on sales, ensuring greater turnover commitment than the turnover of receivables and the extension shipments to Asian countries.
