Optimalizace systému plánování ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Subject of this thesis is optimizing the planning process in company Bosch thermotechnics Ltd., based on sales forecast data obtained from each customer. In theoretical part there is an introduction to the Bosch company, then described individual ways of planning together with according levels of management. Closer look is then taken on mid-term plans and its connections with short and long-term plans. In practical part, customer data are analysed and processed.
