Základní aspekty managementu fotbalového klubu

Abstract

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is the basic management aspects of football club. The whole thesis is divided into 6 capitols including introduction and conclusion. The theoretical part of thesis includes interpretation of fundamental terms: sport, management, organizational structure and economy of club. The practical part is focused on the civil association MFK Frýdek – Místek. The current situation of club is evaluated in final part of thesis, followed by SWOT analysis, references and proposals of possibilities for improvement.
