Abstract

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is entitled ,,Purchasing behaviour analysis of clothes outlet customers.“ The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to analyse purchasing behaviour of customers of clothes outlet. This task was examined by a research which was divided into the theoretical and application part. The selected method was written questioning of customers. The research shows the results which described the most common purchasing behaviour of customers. The results finished as was expected. Women have larger interest than men, who perceive a shopping day as a boring experience. The project of an ,,Event“ would prefer by women. ,,The Event“ would be prepared only for women, who own a club card.
