Abstract

SPRATKOVÁ, Iva. Návrh evakuačního plánu objektu nemocnice. Ostrava 2015. Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství. Autorka se ve své práci zaměřuje na velice specifickou oblast evakuace osob z nemocnice. V prvních částech diplomové práce je pozornost věnována evakuaci na teoretické úrovni a související analýze rizik, která předkládá vyhodnocení možných scénářů ohrožení. Praktickou část uvozuje seznámení se s prostorovým uspořádáním a provozem posuzované nemocnice, která je doplněna o simulaci evakuace celého objektu a zjištění její časové náročnosti. Na základě posouzení stávajícího evakuačního plánu a zjištění problematických míst je v poslední části práce řešen návrh metodiky pro přípravu aktualizovaného evakuačního plánu nemocnice.

SPRATKOVÁ, Iva. The Evacuation Plan Proposal of the Hospital Building. Ostrava 2015. Thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Fakulty of Safety Engineering. The author of the thesis focuses on a specific area of people evacuation from a hospital. In the first part of the thesis, the theory of evacuation is dealt with together with an analysis of risks in which evaluation of possible threats is given. The practical part is started with an outline of the organisation and operation of the evaluated hospital. In addition to this, a model of the evacuation of the building is given with the time demanded being taken into consideration as well. In the last part of the thesis, the focus is put on the methodology of the evacuation plan proposition in the hospital which is based on the current evacuation plan evaluation as well as findings of the problematic areas.
