Informační systém Evidence trestního řízení

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s informačním systémem Evidence trestního řízení, který je v současnosti základním nástrojem pro plnění úkolů Policie České republiky. Úvod práce nás seznamuje s některými informačními systémy používaných policií a to jak se systémy pro práci s obecnými informacemi až po systém sofistikovaný, určený specializovaným pracovištím v rámci policie. Další část práce nás zavádí již do samotného IS ETŘ, kde jsou popsány základní funkcionality a struktura systému včetně jeho propojení s dalšími systémy a institucemi v rámci trestního, přestupkového nebo správního řízení.

This bachelor paper aims to introduce to readers the information system of registration of criminal justice, which is contemporary the essential tool to fulfil the aims of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the introduction, the paper informs about some information systems used by the police, starting with the systems for work with general information to the sophisticated system, designed for specialised departments of the police. The next part of the paper introduces the IS ETR itself, where the main functions and structure are described including its interconnection with other systems and institutions in the frame of the criminal trial or misdeed proceedings.
