Abstract

This thesis is focused on characteristics of education and its conception in the Czech Republic. The structure of education system, its levels and particular principles are described there, in the thesis. A part of the thesis is aimed at the financing of elementary education and its resources. Funds in education are described here according to normative methods. Furthermore, work is also devoted to the management of elementary schools with public funds budgets. In the practical part of this work there is an analysis of the operations and activities at a particular elementary school.
