Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses into influence of shared values on the engagement in selected company and proposal of further development. Goal of the thesis is to confirm type of organization culture in selected company and find out its engagement score. During the research were used both qualitative and quantitative methods in a form of structured questionnaire, detailed description of structure of organization culture and content analysis of company’s documents. Questionnaire has been sent to 200 individuals with results showing strong organizational culture and high level of engagement. Based on performed analysis of the matter and results interpretation there were three specific steps suggested how to increase the engagement in the future.
