Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is valuation of the engineering company to 1.1.2009 to sales by selected earnings methods. Used methods are discounted cash flow methods, a method of economic value added and the method of capitalized net earnings. The first chapter is theoretic – methodological part, which is devoted to methodology and various approaches to valuation of company. There is a description of the basic methods of valuation in this chapter. The next three chapters are devoted to application part, in theirs framework are apply strategic and financial analysis. On part of this chapter is also a financial plan. The contents of the second application chapter are applied a methods of discounted cash flow equity and entity, a method of economic value added entity, analytical method and standard method of capitalized net earnings to determine the value of engineering company. In the last chapter are described valuations results and impressibility analysis.
