Predikce finanční tísně pomocí scoringového modelu

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is Prediction of Financial Distress Using a Scoring Model. The main objective is estimate models of financial distress based on the method of discriminant analysis and logistic regression. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction. The second chapter contains a description of the financial analysis, financial ratios and characteristics of the methods of a comprehensive assessment of the financial health of companies. In the third chapter describes the methods of statistical inference, the method of discriminant analysis and logistic regression. In the fourth chapter are applied theoretical approaches to the financial statements of the company for 2011 and estimated the models using the method of discriminant analysis and logistic regression. The last chapter presents the conclusion, which contains a summary of the results achieved.
