Analýza motivácie zamestnancov v organizácii sociálnych služieb

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis examines the motivation of employees in an organization providing social services. Motivation is a key factor in the success of any organization, it affects employee engagement, productivity and job satisfaction. This thesis deals with a detailed explanation of motivation and motivational theories. The work analyzes the current state of employee motivation in the selected organization, for the analysis of which a questionnaire survey is used. Thanks to the questionnaire survey, the thesis acquires comprehensive knowledge about the motivation of employees in the selected organization and its impact on productivity, employee satisfaction and their overall performance. The goal of the work is to gain valuable knowledge about how to effectively maintain and motivate employees, to emphasize the importance of implementing desirable human resource management policies and employee motivation. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the work provides recommendations for increasing the motivation and loyalty of employees in the organization.
