Odhady šíření toxických látek v ovzduší v operačním řízení

Abstract

Cílem předložené bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout možný přístup k odhadům šíření toxických látek v ovzduší pro operační střediska. Aby mohlo být cíle dosaženo, byla provedena rešerše dostupné literatury a právních i metodických předpisů využitelných k vypracování odhadů šíření toxických látek v ovzduší. Dále je v rámci práce analyzován současný přístup k řešení mimořádných událostí spojených s únikem toxických látek do ovzduší. Na základě vyhodnocení výsledků rešerše i analýzy byl navrhnut nový přístup k řešení dané problematiky. Navržený přístup je v závěru práce zdůvodněn.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to suggest the possible approach to estimates of the air propagation of the toxic substances in operational management. To achieve this aim, a research of the available literature and the legal and methodical rules, which are applicable to the estimation of the air propagation of the toxic substances, was made. The thesis also analyzes the current approach to solving extraordinary events related to the release of the toxic substances into the air. Based on the evaluation of the search and analysis, a new approach to solving the problem was suggested. The suggested process is explained in the end of the thesis
