Abstract
This master’s thesis deals with the self-assessment of society through the EFQM excellence model. In the theoretical section describes rated company and its management system. The following is a description of the characteristics of the EFQM model. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the company using a questionnaire with subsequent evaluation and processing strengths and weaknesses. An integral part of the proposals are areas for improvement.
