Nátěry pro formy a jádra ocelových a litinových odlitků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání a zhodnocení nátěrů forem litinových a ocelových odlitků dodávaných firmami ASK CHEMICALS CZECH s.r.o. a HÜTTENES – ALBERTUS s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedené obecné informace o nátěrech, jako je jejich nanášení na formu či jádra, druhy nátěrů a samotné vlastnosti nátěrů. Jsou zde také zmiňovány provozní zkoušky, které jsou uplatňovány na tyto nátěry. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány jednotlivé druhy nátěrů, které byly při rozboru použity a na fotografiích v příloze jsou zdokumentovány výsledky jejich použití.

This Bachelor´s work is focused on comparation and evaluation of paints on the surface of iron and steel moulds which are produced by the ASK CHEMICALS CZECH Ltd. and the HÜTTENES – ALBERTUS Ltd. General information about paints are mentioned in theoretical part of this work such as their application on the surface of mould or core, types and basic characteristics of paints. There are mentioned operation tests which are applied for testing these paints. The particular types of paints are analysed in practical part of this work and the results of their use you can see in the photos in annexe.
