Tvorba nástroje pro vyhodnocení migračních charakteristik buněk z časosběrných mikroskopických snímků

Abstract

This work focuses on presenting the wound healing assay method — a laboratory technique for studying cell migration during wound healing — in an interactive form. The newly developed application not only enables the monitoring of wound closure but also analyzes the movement of individual cell populations based on their distance from the wound edge. It processes time-lapse images from bright-field and fluorescence microscopy and provides results in the form of clear visualizations and graphs. The main goal is to offer a user-friendly interface for evaluating scratch wound healing assays.
