Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the issue of planning and capacity management with focus on capacity of the production equipment. Characteristics, analysis and utilization of production capacity. The main goal is to analyze whether it is possible to shorten the period of mixing selected cement mixtures and thus increase productivity of production equipment without reducing the quality of material and the effect of this reduction from an economic point of view.
