Abstract
In the submitted bachelor´s work is analysed the concrete rewarding system of an unnamed bank institution.The main goal of this work is to evaluate, whether this system can determine the long-term growth of a human potential inside the organization or not. The opening part of the work is devoted to a theoretical background, which is supposed to clear up all necessary terms concerning the human resources management, human potential management, and last but not least, the problems of the rewarding. The part dedicated to the characteristics of this selected organization, concretely to the bank profile and its sphere of activity, is following immediately. In the very next part the subject of analysis and the research methods are described. As for the analysis, it includes the results of the research and the summary of all obtained data. The suggestions for the bank management are mentioned in the last part of this bachelor´s work. All these suggestions are based strictly on the results of the research.
