Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the economic evaluation of employee training in manufacturing plants. The theoretical part focuses on an overview of the objectives, types and methods of company training. It further deals with the possibilities of financing the training process. The practical part focuses on an analysis of the revenues of a training agency for services provided in the area of language and vocational training of employees without subsidies and with subsidies for the period 2012-2016.
