Vybrané aspekty přípravy organizace na dosažení dlouhodobé organizační efektivnosti

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis was to identify procedures which company MAFRA uses to achieve their long-term business aims and objectives. I focused on their managerial approaches which are applied in order to achieve permanent organizational effectiveness. In the final part of the thesis I suggested the management of the company several measures which could lead to improvement of functioning of their entrepreneurial procedures and to further consolidation of the company’s position on the media market in the Czech republic.
