Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a její analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a její analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele. Cílem této práce je seznámení se základní legislativou, analýza stavu BOZP u vybraného zaměstnavatele a vytvoření možných návrhů k řešení situace ve společnosti. V úvodu teoretické části práce se nachází pojem BOZP, který je následně popsán a je zde blíže vysvětleno jeho pojetí, význam, funkce a především cíl. V další části se bakalářská práce zaobírá naznačením historického vývoje, který je pro současný stav BOZP velmi významný. V poslední části věnované teorii je zahrnuta právní úprava týkající se BOZP. Zde jsou řešeny základní práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. S právní úpravou je zde řešena také i státní kontrola BOZP a s ní spojena výše pokut či současný stav. Praktická část se zaobírá zpracováním a analýzou informací získaných pomocí metody pozorování, dotazování a následné komparace zjištěných údajů. Dále je zde popis zaměstnavatele, zaměstnanců a kontroly BOZP ve společnosti. Další část je věnována analýze úrazovosti a BOZP ve společnosti, z které vychází závěrečná část. Poslední část bakalářské práce je věnována zhodnocení situace BOZP. Z této části následně vyplývají i navrhované změny, které mohou přispět k odstranění případných rizik na pracovišti. Přičemž tyto navrhované změny byly také součástí cíle bakalářské práce stejně, tak jako seznámení se s legislativou.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is occupational safety and health and its analysis at the chosen emplyoer. The aim of this thesis is to get familiar with basic legislation, to analyze the status of OSH at the chosen employer and to develop possible proposals for changes of the current situation in the company. In the introduction to the theoretical part of the thesis is the notion of OSH, which is described and its concept, meaning, function and especially goal are explained. Next the theoretical part deals with the indication of the historical development which is crucial for the current status of OSH. The last part devoted to the theory includes legal regulations regarding OSH. The basic rights and obligations for the employer and employee are described here. The legal regulations also adress the state control of OSH and the fines or current status associated with it. The practical part deals with processing and analyzing the information gained through the methods of observation, questioning and subsequent comparison of the data obtained. Next is the description of the employer, employees and the inspection of the company OSH. The next part is devoted to the analysis of accident chance and company OSH, from which the final part is based. The final part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the evaluation of OSH situation. This part then results in the proposed changes that may contribute to the elimination of potential workplace dangers. These proposed changes were also part of the goal of the bachelor thesis, as well as getting familiar with the legislation.
