Územní studie lokality Legionářů, Hodonín

Abstract

Hana Paclová, Ph.D. Thesis describes the design of spatial and functional use of area near the street Legionářů in Hodonín with regard to the zoning plan of Hodonin and limits of the area. The territory in question is located in the southeastern part of the city, between the streets Legionářů, Slunečná ,Jižní a Okružní. Size of area is approximately 21,750 square meters and there are no development except of two temporary. Currently, space is used only partially, tehereby were prepared three versions of the solved territory in accordance with the demands on land use. In this work were also designed two variants of typological solutions of residential buildings proposed in the investigated area. In territory were also designed suitable green areas.
