Abstract
This thesis approaches the issue of legislation on bathing water. Then replace Council Directive 76/160/EEC, the quality of bathing water directive 2006/7/EC and its adaptation to the Czech legislation. Furthermore, this work evaluated for selected parameters and reservoirs Těrlicko and Žermanice for five years and their evaluation.
