Hodnocení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti v kontextu jejího životního cyklu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate a performance of company I. TRAN., s. r. o. based on implemented methods financial and strategic analysis and determine, in which life cycle the company is located. The theoretical part of thesis contains explanation different phases of life cycle company and characteristics of selected methods financial and strategic analysis. In the practical part is implemented calculating ratios indicators of financial analysis together explanation significant changes. Using PEST and SWOT analysis are identified factors, which are influences of company by considerable manners. The last part of this thesis describes suggestions and recommendations, which should improve performance of company.
