Motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diploma thesis is deals with employee motivation and assessment of the chosen company. The goal of this thesis is an analysis employee assessment process and identify the field in which the assessment could be improved or perform in a different way. The first part is focused on theoretical definition of motivation and what to imagine about the idea of employee assessment practically. The second part presents the chosen company from the perspective of human resources and describes the assessment of their employees. There was chosen a questionnaire form for the employee assessment analysis and based on this in the conclusion there is evaluation and recommendation for the improvement of the very process of the employee assessment in the chosen company.
