Abstract
The subject of this thesis is a proposal of an architectural study of housing in the Brno - Hády area. The complex building is composed of several unitsthet contain flats and public services, clinic, market, restaurants, sports facilities and preschool child care centre.
The goal is to create a compact design and its urban integration into the city outskirts.
