Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on Evaluation of the Competitiveness of the Chosen Company, which is a Café Bastien. Thesis consists of a six chapters. The second chapter is focused on the theoretical starting point of the work, it approaches the concepts of competition, small and medium enterprise, specification of the limited liability company. This chapter also includes methodological basis of the methods which was used to analyse enterprise. The third chapter gives the characteristic of café Café Bastien. It provides information about business events, café marketing, target customers, organizational structure etc. In the practical part, the cafe was subjected to four analyzes. The business environment was first analyzed by using PESTLE analysis, Porter analysis of five forces, questionnaire survey, and at the end the analysis was performed by using SWOT analysis. Fifth chapter gives advices and recommendations in order to improve Café Bastien competitive position.
