Abstract
The Banchelor Thesis is focused on analysis of competition in the Electronics Retail Market using methods observation and mystery shopping. The sample is consisted of stores located in Ostrava with same size and range of goods like Electro World Ostrava - Avion. The first part of this thesis theoretically describes selected concepts releated to competition, methods of competition analysis and shopping environment. Folowing section describes the Electro World Ostrava - Avion and its selected competitors. The analytical part presents the results of the research. At the end of the thesis are recommendations to strenghten company’s competitivness.
