Abstract

This thesis deals with an evacuation of persons from the Faculty of Safety Engineering VŠB -Technical University of Ostrava. The distribution of evacuated persons, law and requirements of technical standards for design of escape routes are presented in the introductory part. Stress is laid on factors affecting evacuation. The aim of the thesis is to design a theoretical evacuation scenario and verify it under real conditions.
