Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the lead time of chosen production proces in industry company. In first part, thesis clarify what lead time is and shows methods which are used for analysis. In second part is introduced industry company and analysis of actual situation of chosen proces. The goal of the bachelor thesis is analysis of lead time and suggest steps for improvement of chosen production proces.
