Abstract

This master's thesis evaluates the competitiveness of a selected consulting company in the financial advisory market. Firstly, the basic concepts are explained, and then the methods of competitiveness assessment are presented separately. Specifically, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, financial analysis, questionnaire survey, and SWOT analysis were applied. The thesis concludes with a summary of the achieved results and subsequent proposals for securing the company's competitive position in the consulting market.
